Always treated great there. Professional staff, when scheduled it's very fast. Nice facility.
Arrived in the ER with my asthmatic son who was having difficulty breathing and waited for more than 30 minutes before he was assessed and triaged. Then we waited another 90 minutes before he received any kind of treatment. I don't care how busy an ER is, when someone is in respiratory distress, they need to be immediately examined.
June 2016 dad had tests done in er. Two weeks ago we find out he had major artery heart blockage back then! My dad now in Morristown hospital waiting to see if he can now have a triple bypass surgery!! We have all paperwork showing this last June and this hospital newton will be in deep trouble if god forbid something happens to our dad. And I thought St Clara's was bad!! Very very angry �
I had a diagnostic test at NMC. Planning,scheduling and procedure were very organized. Staff ,nurses and radiology techs, were outstanding.
This place sucks really sucks the state should of closed this one not st Clare's now that there the only hospital they don't care how long your in the hall
Everyone we encountered was friendly, personable and professional. The patient education was excellent every step of the way. The environment was clean. Felt very welcomed and cared for by everyone from the volunteer to the doctors. Nurses were wonderful!!!
