I brought my daughter in with an obvious break. The one PA was very good. The others, well lets just say I was happy. I had to go back because they wrapped her ace bandage splint to tight. They adjusted the sling very low and her thumb swelled and was turning colors and hurting more than the broken wrist. They set it and it still isn't right. Off to pediatric ortho tomorrow. Hopefully the didn't screw it up too bad. Oh and no, I never even saw an actual doctor. On the PA and nurses. Not even the ortho. That was done over the... read more
Was there with my son for surgery....all were helpful and personable and I loved that everything I needed was all in one area....great care received... recommend highly...I'm an RN and work in another NJ hospital....I would go to newton hands down....no doubt!
Our overall experience was great. The Drs and nurses were awesome and took great care of my BF who was admitted in through the ER with a bad infection in his toe....possible amputation. Not 12 hrs later the Financial Dept was calling his room looking for a DEPOSIT towards his bill because he has no insurance. A Bill that has not even generated since he was just admitted. SERIOUSLY NOT WHAT WE NEED TO BE FOCUSED ON AS WE WAIT TO SEE IF HE IS LOSING HIS TOE......... UNREAL
Er visit sucked. Have to wait, thank got none was dying. Nurses and doctor were great though
My son went in the ER FOR treatment. He had the worst ER doctor. He had no bedside manner at all. I wanted to punch him in his face.
