The hold time is ridiculous and when you finally get through the staff is so abrupt they are rude. I get they have prescribed questions they have to ask but sometimes the response requires more. After waiting on hold for a long time for the third time today the staff member was so rude I said forget it and hung up. Try again or go elsewhere is the question.

Today I was seen in the Newton ER department. I am not the best patient and I was scared to death. Within minutes 2 male nurses, Geoff and Ken came around the curtain with Dr. Guzik their humor and smiles which would put anyone at ease. I had a chest xray,, venous doppler, EKG, blood work which took some time but much quicker than I thought it would take. Horrible experience all around from ER to maternity to patient relations. I wrote a letter to the ceo on my horrible experience and I get a letter back from the patient relations retelling me my letter in her own words making up things I didn’t put in my letter. And apparently doctors can say one thing to you and write whatever they want to. So even contacting them about everyone’s incompetence gets you no where with this horrible place. my best friend who is pregnant went the other day to the ER for pains..They did an ultrasound and knowing she told them we were all planning on a big gender reveal party this Saturday, the technician took it upon herself and told both parents what the gender was...Didnt even confirm with them how they already mentioned they DIDNT want to know the sex of the baby..Needless to say the family has contacted the hospital and they have been rude and completely ignorant..We have spent alot of money planning a very special moment fo... read more

ER terrible,no communication ,waited,hour and half in the WR(we were the only ones there)meanwhile Boone communicated with us all while lady at desk is scrolling on her phone, hour and half to see a nurse and another hour to see doctor,2 hours to have an x-ray read and another hour for discharge
