RecommendedThis past weekend, I had a sudden medical emergency. I called 911 and was brought directly to the ER. I’ve been here a lot with various family members but this was a first for me. Everyone was very kind and professional. They made me at ease and I knew I was in good care. When I was told I’d stay overnight for observation I was brought to One Hussey. The staff there was phenomenal. Although I ended up only staying overnight I was treated very well and almost hated to say goodbye! Thank you all

this was the worst experience i have ever had in a hospital. it was filthy , i was there for 5 days not one nurse asked of i wanted to get cleaned up or in i needed the bathroom. my meds were all wrong i was bullied and treated like i didn't matter, it was their hospital anyway ! i was there for a blockage in my heart and needed cardiac cath. they said they would transfer me but never did because they could not completely fix me at Newton on the day of my procedure , they came in my room at lunch time and said they are putti... read more
I cannot say enough about how amazing the nurses and staff in maternity are. We were more than a little anxious about what to expect delivering our son during a pandemic. The protocol and extra care that the staff provided made any concerns we initially had be forgotten even with a full floor. Special recognition to RN Tatiana who was with us at check in through delivery and discharge. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
I was told I had Covid 19 several days ago when I went to the ER. Then I went again and was told yesterday that there was no record of it. I have been experiencing Covid 19 symptoms for weeks. So what is the answer? The ER nurse was extremely rude to me
I been to the ER twice this year the nurses and the doctors are amazing they are very friendly and kind I want to thank all of the nurses the staff and the doctors for helping me and other people when they need it I will always go back there
Went to the ER two days ago (during Covid-19) and was made to feel very safe. The hospital and staff were phenomenal with isolation and social distancing protocols. I'm at a high risk for Covid-19 and even though I was told the ER was packed while I was there, I never saw another patient the entire time I was in the building. The entire staff was professional, compassionate and took great pains to keep me safe.

My mother was in NMC on 1 Hussey for over two weeks right before this pandemic hit the region hard. The staff was excellent and took great care of her. Despite mounting fear about the future they were kind, compassionate and professional. I want to thank them all for taking such good care of her. Our entire family appreciated the hard work you all did.
