Very nice hotel, clean and front desk people are amazing. Housekeeping is incredible. Only downside is a lot of kids and wall is thin. We were celebrating a major birthday without the kids, but couldn't seem to get away from them. If you love kids then good place. Awesome location and the view of the harbour is great.

We were in the bar with some awesome bartenders.. john was one and I’m sorry but I can’t remember the other guys name.. very sociable, pleasant, just all around nice guy.
very friendly staff. every day they put a basket full of towels, shampoo, coffee etc so I don't have to call n ask for these things. if they see a 'Do not disturb' sign that's what they do. beautiful pool n sauna and a great location.

A fantastic experience. Everyone was hospitable, polite, and courteous. If you stay here I recommend the room with harbor view and walkout. It’s the best way to experience Newport.
The price of this hotel room is based on the views. Rooms are clean but could use a refresh the place is a bit dated compared to other hotels in the area.
