RecommendedVery clean rooms during Covid-19. Everyone wore their mask! Very professional and polite staff. Breakfast was amazing including the staff! The SALT bar has amazing cocktails. Social distancing was on point! Would stay there again!

Communicate updated information on your website OR explain issues at checkin. We did not have wrapped cups in our room to have a drink of water. When we went to get breakfast, we waited 5 minutes but no one seated us. So we ate elsewhere. it is a difficult time, but people that pay your rate expect better.
We needed an overnight get away during this Covid chaos and decided that this looked like a good spot because the hotel offered a lot of amenities and was located right next to the wharf with lots to explore with the kids. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was pleasant, but said nothing more than our room number as she handed us our keys. We have tried to contact the hotel multiple times to change blocks for my wedding. Due to corona we had to switch dates and my mother has constantly got the run around getting sent person to person then back to another person! We understand people are working from home but all we are asking for is a phone call to do this task so my guest from out of town can book their rooms accordingly. So disappointed!
