Don't walk away RUN, horrible,horrible, horrible is how I describe this place. I paid for a water view and they gave me a parking lot view. Then they said there's nothing they can do about it. No credit, No refund, Nothing! Do not stay here
The hotel is in a great spot. Within walking distance of many great bars, shops, and restaurants. We stayed for our one year anniversary during a nor’easter with no problems. The rooms are clean and comfortable my only suggestion would be to put a fridge in the room. I will definitely go back.
They say location, location, location right? Well they get five stars for that. They get Credit for something they didn't create - the view, and they charge for it too. Their service is absolutely above average. It's a bit worn and needs some updating - but they well with upkeep. If you stay here during the off season - it'll cost you about $150 a night. During their busy season you can twice to three times that amount. They are strategically located in a prime area off the bay. I'd stay here again - during the off season.
