This dealership is so professional. I took my car in for service and Hollie helped us and kept us informed until our car was fixed and ready. We got our car back the same day. They covered our seat and put a paper floor mat to protect the inside and that is a first I have ever seen at any dealership.
My Ford truck broke down after we arrived in Augusta for the horse show, and Newnan Peachtree Dodge delivered me a beautiful 2017 Dodge dually!!!! Never even had to go to their store. So now I'm coming home to Florida with a brand new truck. Not only did I get TOP dollar for my broke down Ford, but they also drove 3 hours to get my new truck delivered directly to the show grounds- and totally ready to hook up to my horse trailer. And they hauled my Ford out on a flatbed. Now that's service!!!
Purchased a preowned Cherokee. Was one of their courtesy cars. Only received ONE key fob. Was told they couldn't find the other at that time. Would look for it. When I received a call saying " oh it was lost by a previous customer. ". So sorry. I'm thinking they prob charged that customer. Shouldn't a new key have been made ? Now there's a key out there to OUR vehicle ... and we only have one key That's not right
My salesman, Josh Beck, was phenomenal! I really felt that he went above and beyond for us! He was very transparent, honest, and was always available to answer any questions we had! I would recommend him to anyone! Management staff could use some work. I rated a 5 because Josh made up for their lacking.
Made an appointment for 9:30. Got there about 9:20. Truck set there for more than 1 hour and 45 minutes before they took it back. Waiting in customer waiting room, service writer did not come to get you when finished, they call cellphone. If you are on a call, I guess you end up waiting longer.
Service Dept never answers the phone, if you leave a message they don't call back. If you need an oil change or any service done on a Saturday expect to spend at least 6 hours there - not that they're efficient any other day of the week. I moved here from Illinois and had an excellent dealer there, I am far from impressed with this one.
Wonderful dealership! Salesmen are super knowledgeable and very helpful.
The Best advice that I can pass along to you if you are in need to get service performed on your vehicle, is DONT GO and take it to a different dealership. If you absolutely have to get it repaired there then expect talking to a service writer that is more focused on reacting to what your service needs are rather than listen to them, so half of what you say to him will be forgotten and not all of the repairs will be completed.
