Huge shout out to the car salesman Andrew! He was absolutely amazing last night. Such a kind man who did an amazing job selling us our brand new Pacifica! Everyone else was super wonderful and kind but I wanted to make sure Andrew got recognized for his amazing work!
Super SHADY. False advertisement of vehicles and prices. Do not stand behind their word. Don’t waste your time. Not a one time occurrence either. Happens very regularly.
Worst Customer service ever! Be sure to have someone else double check any paperwork they do because their financial guy makes multiple mistakes when making out contracts! Even when these mistakes cost the customer unnecessary money they won't own up to it and try to fix it. Worst car buying experience ever. Plus the manager Zeke has the worst attitude. Go over to the Newnan Toyota dealership if you want great service and better cars.
Terrible experience trying to buy a car for my grandson. Got jerked around about payments and sales manager didn't even know the vehicle he had on the lot was Nav capable. Ended up buying a car somewhere else and they transferred the car from Newnan to their dealership.
Always have an excellent experience when dealing with the service department.

I am going to repost my review that left on Oct 31, 2017 because it was reported to Facebook as being inappropriate and was removed. This just goes to show everyone that this is a dishonest dealership that doesn’t want the truth to be heard. I took my recently purchased 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a leaking radiator, which is still under the factory warranty. Very happy with the service department. They have been taking care of my older Grand Cherokee for years now. The job is always done right the first time and they are very helpful. Nikki Spurling is the best, and I have been dealing with her for a few years now. Highly recommend her!
