I hate that my in-laws got a bad deal, but at least I know not to buy our next vehicle from this dealership. Everything from trade, to price, to honoring Internet price is like pulling teeth from a cat.
We went to this dealership looking at Jeeps....we were not approached by one person....walked around for 45 minutes and not one person asked us if they could help us.....not impressed.
The customer service here is horrible. First, you can never get anyone in Service - phone rings and rings; they don't return calls. If you are able to get an appt and drop your car, you have to continually call them to find out the status - they don't even give you a courtesy call to let you know they need to keep the car longer than expected. My husband's vehicle had to have a rim replaced; which was black, he dropped the car off then went to pick it up at day's end and was told they only had a chrome rim. Really? You could... read more

My mother Jonnice Pleasant has had to have two transmission replacements & numerous recalls on her Dodge Dart 2015. She bought it right off the lot with ZERO miles. Dodge has has been giving her the run around. They really need to give her a new car because they gave her a lemon. I'm the one who has to get her from place to place when her car continues to break down. They have terrible customer service. She gets her repairs done at the dealership.
