Had an appt today to get minor work done, like a logo and light bulb change. Parts were suppose to be ordered last week and there in hand last Thursday. After two hours, no parts, parts are in ATL and supposedly they say warranty won't cover parts or labor on my car that doesn't even have 20,000 miles on it! Oh, and the service desk lady had her sick little girl sitting on her lap while she was working!
