Absolutely ridiculous!!!! The worst customer service ever!!! We purchased our car almost 3 years ago and we have had nothing but problems with changing our oil! They seal your plug and no one wants to change it cause it will leak so you have to come back to the dealer and they don't care about their customers!!!! Wait period for oil change 4-5hrs!!! We paid for 100% every service and we take it into for oil change and they make us wait 4 hours and never get it done! Bad bad service
I thought I was NEVER going to find the car for us, then we walked into THIS place. For first time buyers, our payments are exceptional and everyone made us feel welcome. We bought the 2015 Ford Escape and I've never been happier. And to think I was about to buy a 2004 used car from somewhere else. So glad I was patient enough to wait! Definitely coming back when we need our next vehicle!
