I highly recommend dealing with Luke Whitehead if you are in the market for a new Jeep! He was very knowledgeable about Jeeps themselves as well as all the available accessories and went above and beyond to ensure the sales experience was great. He never pushed me to look into more expensive vehicles (a common occurrence with most salesmen), and he personally picked up/dropped off my Jeep at my office when the new soft top came in so I wouldn't have to inconvenience myself. This would have been my 2nd car from this dealership in 2 years. Everything was ok until we had to deal with the finance guy. 1st we were at the lot at 12 on Sunday and the gate was still locked. Np its Sunday so we walked up the hill. Met up with James! ( he was AWESOME... The reason I GAVE 2 stars). After agreeing with the final cost and waiting til after 5pm just to go into the finance office, I start getting attitude and rude comments from Rodney. So guess what we did...... Walked out.
