The service department here is great! The lady's were all so sweet and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and out with my service. Having little ones and waiting isn't always easy and they made sure to get everything done in a timely manner.
I have purchased several vehicles from NPCDJ and have been treated great. I take them in for service regularly and always get treated wonderful by Nikki or Holly. They make me feel like there #1 customer. I would and have recommended them to all my friends!!
Used to take my car there with my problem with oil changes. After I took it last time I noticed my front tires were worn to the steel belt but I was never told even after the “inspection” that they are supposed to do along with my service. If I didn’t notice it for myself I could have had a blow out with the front tires. If I noticed it why wasn’t it noticed and addressed during the inspection of my vehicle? We tried to get in touch with the service manager and was promised a call back....no surprise that never happened... L... read more
It's my fault for continui g to go back to this place. I wish there was another Jeep dealership closer. 1st issue was took jeep in for oil change and they tried to tell me my front end needed aligning from looking at it. I had new tires and 55k miles later still no issue. 2nd had an appoint for a recall and called for days either with no answer and no return of message. 3rd took my son on a bike ride and stopped to look at inventory. Mistake! Avoid at all cost!
