We have gone to this place since it opened please never use it , it has gone down hill and they just lie and over charge taking over 20 days to fix ac they are a joke save your money go to another dealer as if you try to buy a car they keep adding on extra fees please save money and choose a different dealer

The customer service here is horrible. First, you can never get anyone in Service - phone rings and rings; they don't return calls. If you are able to get an appt and drop your car, you have to continually call them to find out the status - they don't even give you a courtesy call to let you know they need to keep the car longer than expected. The service department is the slowest and has the worst customer service that I’ve ever seen. They have had my car for two months and I have to call them to get any updates that is when they actually answer the phone. Most of the time all I get is a voice mailbox. The service advisor was supposed to call me back, four days ago, he has yet to call me back I have been calling multiple times a day and still the same thing. (He is busy right now can I get your information and have him call you back) every time !!!
Go buy a car from somewhere else. All they care about is making money not the customer.
Went by to look at their trucks today. No way to enter truck sales area (they were open) as all was fenced off and no gate visible. Saw several sales people that never acknowledged our presence. Sorry NPCD you may have missed a sale.
