Horrible service department follow up and communication.
I bought a car from them on November 1st, they waited until November 27th to tell me there was a problem with the paper work but that they would see about sending someone to me. They never did and now I have a two and a half hour round trip to spend five minutes doing something that should have been taken care of a month ago. On top of that, I left something in my trade in and emailed my salesperson to see if he could recover and send it to me, he never bothered with a response at all. I bought a Jeep and it can not be fixed. They had it 3 different times and the last time from Sept. 11- to Nov 25 , I picked up yesterday and it still has the same problem. They said they would no longer except my car . It under warranty. WTH.

The process was smooth, very simple and to the point. Walderius was my salesman, he was knowledgeable, made recommendations on what would be better for me but also listened to what I wanted and gave me what I asked for! Will definitely work with him again when I’m ready to purchase my next vehicle.
