Have had nothing but problems from there service department and management lacks any kind of concern
Tried to set up service for SEVERAL warranty issues. I need a loaner as I can’t be stranded for endless hours at the dealership. The service rep said I have to come let them evaluate and IF they have a loaner I can get one after evaluation. Like I said I cant wait for hours (extensive list of issues that need evaluation) only to be told no cars available. I asked for a service manager to return my call..no return, called 2 more times, no call back. Called again and asked for GM, again.... no call back. Not the customer servi... read more
The customer service here, is truly amazing! They truly don’t look at you as just another sale! Riley’s helpfulness has definitely made me and my family want to do business with them again! After them, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else in the future! I would recommend them, especially Riley, to anyone looking to purchase a new car !

We purchased our truck on the 16th of this month and it has been nearly impossible to get you all to finalize everything on your end so that USAA can send you payment. We have called multiple times and always get voicemail, USAA has called, emailed, sent faxes and still nothing. All they need is for you to write their information as the lien holder and fax it over.
