My vehicle was up at this dealer for over 7 weeks for an electrical issue. I had to constantly call to get any kind of updates. They also scratched up my fender while working on it, and didn’t say anything. I pointed it out to them, so they did end up fixing it. Eventually, I was able to do pick up my vehicle. 7 weeks to replace 2 batteries and a starter, and the delay was mostly due to it sitting up there and no one working on it. My experience here was amazing my salesman Tyler hopgood was the best!!! He helped me so much he gave me exactly what I wanted I tried Kia in LaGrange no luck called here the next day drove off the lot with a car I highly recommend anyone to go and talk with him very nice very respectful and he means business and sticks to his word! stop putting up false advertisements and lying about cars. the car ylu told me was sold is still up for sale via the advertisements 4 days later. unethical
