Worst customer service ever! My husband has been trying to get some work done on a brand new Dodge Ram since he bought it in October. Nikki in the service department is an expert at excuses. The worst experience and the worst mistake of my life would not suggest anyone to this place they call a dealership. I trade my car in with them middle of October and they never paid off my car and they’re saying I never got approved on the loan for the new truck and now I’m 2 months late on my car. Everyone steer clear of the lying scum bags it’s absolutely terrible
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jeff Pankey. I went in looking for a Jeep Wrangler. I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Jeff was very patient and very knowledgeable helping me decide which one I wanted. Once I decided the process was very easy. I would highly recommend Jeff if your looking to purchase a new vehicle.
I bought my jeep in Idaho, and when I moved to Georgia, I hoped that I could find as good of a service department to take car of my ride as I had left. Nikki and her crew have far exceeded my expectations. They are always amazing, whether it's an oil change, or a warranty issue. I am so happy to find them!
Bought a new 2018 Pacifica in July...they added $999 charge for Permaplate, whatever that is. I cannot get anyone to call me regarding this. I've called over and over. Customer service is just awful.
