Serviced vehicle in September 2017. While service was good, I have been harassed on the phone ever since then. In October 2017, they were calling me every other day, wanting to buy my paid off jeep and trap me in a payment. Then in January,someone else would call, 3 times a week. I got really upset and began cussing at them for the harrasment. Finally thought I was in the clear after not hearing from them in months, until today, when the calls started back. Whatever you do, do NOT give them your phone number!!!!
It’s been TWO WEEKS that my car is with them for repair and NOTHING. Everyday is something new. A brand new car with lots of mechanical and electronic problems is frustrating by itself, but the service in this dealer is even worst. Nobody calls to give any update or explanation, and when you call they keep you on hold for several several minutes and them they just hang up. TERRIBLE. NEVER MORE WILL LEAVE MY CAR WITH THIS DEALER FOR ANY KIND OF REPAIR. Worst ever!!!! �����
We stopped by on Fathers Day to look at trucks for my husband. From the second we walked in, Daryl, stood up from his desk, walked over and greeted us with a smile. He walked us around the lot and we chatted the whole time, he truly made us feel welcome. This is the second Jeep Grand Cherokee we have bought from Newnan Jeep. Our sales guy Andrew Algaze is amazing to work with , extremely knowledgeable of all vehicles, calls and texts with any updates and worked his tail off to get me where I wanted to be with my monthly payments. My wife finally found the van she was looking for at this dealership after damn near searching every dealer in a 500 mile radius. We spoke with Tyler and we agreed on a price.
