Staff were very Courteous and Professional, Joyce, CJ, Carlos and Julius traveling 300 miles to deliver my vehicle to me in person and going over all aspects of the vehicle with me and then traveling back to Southern Md. by means of Amtrak Train making for a long day and he also went above and beyond to make sure all my customer satisfactions were met.

Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My problem with a loose track bar in my Ram truck was a non problem. The service staff sent me home with no charge for their inspection. I’ve had other routine maintenance done here, and the service was well done, fair and honest.
Not only did we get 2 great vehicles from Hendrick but the service is awesome. So a lot of people are weary from dealerships about service. I have heard they overcharge or they treat you like cattle. I can tell you I am a someone who does a lot comparing on prices as well as reading recommendations.
