Service Department is a joke! My husband is still waiting for service manger to call him. My daughter took her Jeep in for an oil changed, they called her the next day that her vehicle was ready. When she went to pick it up, they had never done the oil change. Response we got was, we must have forgot to do it. DO NOT waste your time at this dealership! Customer NO Service is what you’ll get! He did the extra work and spent extra time on the phone with the warranty department . This has to be the worst dealership in the state of Georgia, they take advantage of elderly people with dementia that can't hardly talk because they can't get their oxygen and can barely walk the yet they will add every single solitary add-on they can to people that are having problems understanding what's going on around them. By far the WORST customer service ever... from receptionist... to service department... up to GM secretary. Consumers BEWARE, avoid this dealership.
