Pushy sales people. Rude managers. Sold us a truck with clean Carfax and certified preowned that was supposed to be no accidents then after we bought it we found there had been previous damage that we didnt see when we purchased it. The paint/bondo had began to crack. They did agree to fix it but they didn't fix it all. So we still have to take it to a body shop to get it fix correctly so the paint doesn't chip. A truck we gave over 50,000.00 for!!!

My car lot bought a cam shaft for 2012 ram Hemi. You Will not take Core back without box. When I called about price there was no mention of keeping box and my employee that picked it up is from Liberia Africa didn’t understand IF the guy told him to keep the box. Nothing is written on the ticket about keeping the box. Flat out refused to work with me. Matter of fact one parts rep laughed at me. My referrals will go to Lagrange for now on. Have a good day.

Horrible! Just horrible! As a first time buyer if i ever had the opportunity to purchase a car I would never want to buy a car again in my entire life because of this place. The sales people are very pushy. I feel like the dealership played and manipulated the fact that I was a first time buyer.
