Activation issues with net spend card ...I was unable to get any help from customer service for over a month however I contacted the social address they keep listing on this site and they called me back and resolved the issue immediately.So for anyone seeking resolution this might be the way to go...
This sky light paycards are shitty...they take money out of account and the they say 5 to 10 bussiness day to be put back on card they took out them self...but yet they'll take 2 months to put it back return ur money to ur account...so say away from this they are worrier then blood sucker...

I first paid the $2.95 to load a card with $70, only to have the company deduct an additional $4.95 from the card before I even had a chance to activate it. To my knowledge, regardless of what fees are buried deep down in the lengthy terms of service, these prepaid companies CANNOT deduct additional fees prior to the card actually being activated. Company sending debit cards addressed to me at my children’s school!!! I’ve never requested a card, never heard of this company, would and will NEVER do business with them. Completely unethical!!! Where do you even find my kids’ school address from?! Unbelievable!

This company makes it nearly impossible to use the money deposited into these cards. When you go to register this account, they will alert you there is a problem. When you call, they will insist on a mound of paperwork to gain access to your funds. It is not worth the hassle and they will beat you down until you give up.

No star. I don't have a NetSpend card. I tried reaching out to NetSpend - but without a card you can't talk to a real person on your customer service. I emailed customer service and did receive a phone call back, but the lady didn't understand what I was trying to tell her and she hung up on me and didn't call back. I keep receiving unsolicited cards from this company as they purchased my information through a "third party data provider." Terrible business practice, do not trust companies like these with your money.
