I was impressed with this company. My phone call at 4pm was answered quickly by a real person. They made an appointment for the following day with a time frame that worked for me. They came on time. The service person (Michael) was courteous, explained what needed to be done thoroughly after diagnosing the system, worked with me on pricing to accommodate my budget, performed the work efficiently, and instructed me on how to program the unit should I need to do so in the future.
Great service very informative and taught me how to care for the door! Would recommend to anyone in need of garage repair or service! David V the tech was great!!!

This company and their service/product suck. In 3 years I have had them out here 4 times. Not to mention having to adjust the motion eyes every 3 to 4 days. Worst product I have ever put in my home. Before this I had a Sears Lift Master that lasted 20 years with no trouble. I am in a wheelchair and my only way in is through the garage. Most the time it dose not work!

Yesterday as the fourth time in fourteen years that "Neighborhood" has been to our home. The first visit was installation and repairs /maintenance afterwords. Service has always been exceptional. They are knowledgable, prompt , clean and thorough.Yesterday was Jamies first visit and he was all of the above. We highly recommend that you call them when needed. Our garage door broke late last night. We heard a loud noise and went to check it out and a cable had broken. I was unable to get my car out of the garage for the next day. My husband contacted neighborhood garage door service and they came out this afternoon and had my door up and running in under an hour with better parts with warranties. He was very professional, kind and courteous. I really appreciated his expertise!
