Although I scheduled an appointment for "after 5" this afternoon, the technician called to tell me he was in the area and could be at my home shortly. Service was needed on a Sunday and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Decided to replace the while mechanism in addition to the broken spring so I wouldn't have to worry about it at all. Great job

Timothy from your company came out on a Saturday within 12 minutes of the time he was supposed to (the time given that he would be here was between 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon. He called at 9:00 and was at my townhouse at 9:12). He was most courteous and helpful. He explained all the things that could be wrong with my Wayne Dalton Garage Door opener.
