I have been trying to get them to fix a garage door that they have installed for the past 2 weeks now. They have consistently rescheduled my appointments or just do not show up till I call them up. It has been 4 reschedules and at least 25 phone calls to them and yet no one has shown up to fix the door. I would have gladly used another company to fix it, if it was not for the $1800 that I have already paid for the door. Just hoping this post catches some one's attention and they get back to me.

Technician Craig arrived at 7 PM (well past the appointment window of 1:30 - 4 PM), but his service was excellent. He immediately identified my "sprained" spring, advised me of replacement options & cost (including discounts), checked and lubed the garage door, and replaced both of the springs in less than 30 minutes. A job well done.
The company that sold and installed my garage door (American) refused to service my lightning damaged door. I called called Garage Door Service and they provided excellent quality service and were friendly and concerned with quality. Highly recommend this company.
