Doug installed my garage door on September 1st. He was professional, respectful and courteous both before and after the installation. He followed up and did what he promised. He arrived on time and continued to treat me with respect by asking my opinion and explaining the process. The door looks great. Doug could give training classes on professional courtesy and empathy.
Thank you to our awesome service tech Shawn! He was super friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. He explained all of our options and pricing and was able to complete the job very quickly. And.....he fell in love with our cats! I would recommend Shawn and this company to anyone with garage door problems!
Michael came out to adjust my garage door. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, polite and thorough, kind and thoughtful. He did a great job and it is now working correctly and smoothly! I definitely would recommend him and this company!
