Called on Saturday at 3:30pm and company had a tech out by 6:30pm same day with parts to install new springs and cables with no issues. Would recommend Ilgar as a tech anytime.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. We just moved into a new residence that had two garage door openers programmed by the original owners. Made an appointment to get openers reprogrammed and was quoted a price of $39.95. Tech shows up reprograms two old remotes and we also buy two new remotes. As he runs door up and down motors over heat and stop working. He then hands us an invoice for $400. WHAT A RIPOFF!!! Chris was our service technician; he was extremely professional, did a great job, and finished quickly. He replaced our torsion spring and center operator bracket, and centered/balanced the garage door. I highly recommend Garage Door Service.
