Want to let you know that the services I received from Neighborhood Garage Door was excellent. The equipment seems to be working very well. The most important thing about your company are the people that you have working for you. The phone reps. were always very professional and addressed all my questions. The best part was you installation man, Ben who was very qualified for his job, very understanding and courteous. Highly recommend you services.
Called them in the morning. 3 hrs later they were fixing my problem. Had a broken spring. Technician James suggested many things that need to be done for a better performane of door. Will be calling them again soon.

Casey was awesome!! He got the job done in an hour which entailed four new springs on a heavy wood door. The garage door actually works better than when it was new. The staff was so professional when I called to make the appointment in regards to three verification calls before appoint which expressed a value to my time. Casey also called and was really up beat. There is nothing more disgruntle to me than a put out employee. I highly recommend this company for your garage door service.
It was one of those mornings where I was exhausted and I backed out of my garage before the door was completely opened :( Within an hour my technician came and repaired my door within the next 40 minutes! Couldn't be happier with my service and repair! I will DEFINITELY refer others! Thank you for all of your help!
