Jay called when he was about 30 minutes out. Right on time. Came early on a saturday on my wife and I wedding anniversary so our problem with our garage door wasn't going to put a damper on our plans for the day. He was very polite courteous and told me everything he was doing. If i could give 10 stars I would definitely do it!
