RecommendedGarage door was on the fritz. I'm fairly handy at things but when I'm licked, I'm licked. Called and the tech was over within 3 hours and the door was back working properly within the next hour. Fast enough so that I did not miss the start of my daughters soccer game! The little things in life make for easier times later down the road. Thanks to Nick who was professional as well as personal.

My remote stopped working for my garage door. Rory showed up and programmed a new remote for me after a heroic effort to get into my old garage. He also fixed some problems caused by Previous Owner Not-a-Handyman's "fixes" and misguided "repairs." Really pleased with Rory's prompt, efficient service, and going the extra mile to make sure I wasn't going to have any more problems!
This company is tops! Techs are very professional, especially Clayton and Shaquille who installed a new motor for me. They work well as a team!
I called at 9AM and was informed they could have a technician at my house between 10-1 that day. Got a call at 11ish saying the tech was on a big job and it was going to be closer to 1 before he could get to me. Received a second call from the tech at 12:30 saying he was on his way. Showed up at 12:50 did his inspection and replaced the spring and rollers and was finished with the job by 2:15. Jeff was very informative and educated me on maintenance and function of my door. Very helpful and friendly.
Blake was an outstanding technician, he was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail, and was very helpful to me. I called the company this morning at 7:00am and he was here two hours later. He completed the job and cleaned up very nicely. I would recommend Blake and this company to everyone. Great service, thank you for a job well done.

Did a great job....knew exactly what he was doing....Seemed expensive though
I had an emergency, it seemed that my garage door was falling apart. The tech came out and repaired it and replaced some parts. He was very nice and seemed like he enjoyed repairing the door. He did a great job. I was impressed. I called the company this morning to ask if I could get another copy of my receipt. The young lady who answered the phone was very nice and she sent the receipt in the blink of an eye. She was very helpful. You have a great staff. I will recommend this company even if no one asks.
