My service technician was very nice. My problem turns out to be the design of the Guardian door opener. I have a beam that runs across the middle of my garage. Little did my technician nor I realize that the opener I selected would be such a problem to install. She had to cut the rail so it would fit between the beam on the front of the garage. Neighborhood Garage Door Service was great service which is always a plus! They came out in a timely manner and Dakota (my technician) was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We needed to add a spring to our big garage door and he did a lube and tune. We would definitely recommend using Neighborhood Garage Door Service to anyone!
