I had to call the tech out to repair BOTH of our garage doors today. I was so impressed - they scheduled him at the MOST convenient time for me on the same day. He called ahead and came exactly on time. He thoroughly explained the problem with both doors, showed me how they worked,what was wrong, gave me an estimate, with a worst case addendum (that we didn't have to use) and completed the work the same day. I had Neighborhood Garage Door Service install a Liftmaster 8550W and is works beautifully. The Service Tech did excellent work and was very customer friendly. They installed in the evening so I did not have to take off work, which was a blessing for me. The unit is very quiet and loaded with features like WiFi, Battery Backup, Motion Detector, Outside Key Pad that is very easy to operate and change pass codes and an indoor keypad that show the temperature and time. I am a very happy customer.

This has been one of the best experiences I've ever had with any home repair type service. My tech came out and gave me a real quote with no hidden costs. Then, as promised, returned the very next day to do the install. He even programmed the built in openers in my car which I could never figure out. I highly recommend them. Thanks.

The Company installed a life time warranty spring for me in 2010. Unfortunately, the spring failed in 2016. I called the warranty group and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The tech called in advanced as I was told, was on time, professional, informative - an over all great guy. The problem was repaired in less than an hour.
