SHOP AROUND!!! Our neighbors just had the EXACT SAME FIX on their garage door that we had and paid HALF what we were charged. No kidding. I about puked when he sent me a copy of their receipt. We paid about $600!!! What a racket!!! I should also mention they have to come back out again because, for some reason, the sensors are messed up (since they were here) and 95% of the time we try to close our garage door it opens again and we have to mess with it a few times to get it to close. Jeff did a great job repairing our garage door and told me everything he was going to do to repair the door. He also told me how to maintain the door to help in the future to run smoothly. The door is working great now.
Fabulous, honest people with a lot of experience. I will go back to them if I have any more trouble with my garage door. I'm very satisfied with the service and Kevin Wallace, the technician is super nice.

The information he provided was helpful and added to what we needed to know to make a decision. What began as complicated Josh made simple. Great help. The spring on our garage broke late in the evening and we had to have someone from the Oklahoma City/Edmond office come out to fix it, so we could take our cars out the next morning. James came over and fixed everything to our satisfaction. He also connected us to the manager so we could get an estimate to replace the garage door which was dented and needed fixing anyway.
