RecommendedI've used the same garage door company for over 30 years... but, they were slow in calling me back, so when Neighborhood Garage Door Service responded so quickly I thought I'd try them. Very glad i did.. Erick came out and did a great job, quickly and professionally. I will definitely call them next time.
Oct 19th, our door spring broke after arriving home after 8 pm. Located this company via a Google search. After hours service was great. Technician arrived in less than 1 hour and completed the repairs in a timely manner. No issues with the installation to date except that the garage door closing is noisier and not sure if this is related to the second spring that we decided to have installed as a backup method.

This company is amazing!!! My garage door broke in the evening, I found them online and they said they were open 24/7. I called expecting an answering service, but I got a very nice HUMAN on the phone who immediately setup an appointment for the next day. Chris the technician showed up ON TIME (actually early) he assesed the situation, explained it to me clearly and provided me with a price to fix. I was in distress this morning...the spring had broken on my garage door and I had a car trapped with no way to get it out. I called this company in Atlanta not knowing what to expect. The tech, Clarence, was able to come out in an hour and fix my garage door. I was really appreciative of Clarence for explaining what was going on with the door and what was needed.
