My garage door was getting stuck upon closing. The technician Greg found that the cable had basically sliced through the pulley. He replaced both pulleys and the rollers. He explained everything to me and fixed it in less than an hour. Very friendly and informative. So happy to be able to park back in my garage as the weather is getting very cold and wet. My garage door is so smooth now. Thanks Greg!
