It was a Sunday when I discovered my garage door spring was broken. Who would I be able to get on a "Sunday" afternoon; luckily I came across a listing that I believed was worth a call. As a result, I received superior service from a clean and polite young man who repaired my door in a very short time. The next time I need any garage door repairs, I will certainly call Neighborhood Garage Door Service.
We had a garage door opening unit that had become possessed! We called around since the last company we had used for a new unit in 2001 had gone out of business. We made the appointment, were called back to be told who our technician would be and then the technician himself called when he was about 10 minutes away. Chayce "Chipper" was a wonderful service technician - he arrived at 4:26 PM and was here till 7:36 PM on a Friday night. I was lucky enough to have service tech Jeremy do for me what I considered impossible. My door went off the track today and folded up like a tin can. Jeremy responded within minutes and told me he was on the way. He was prompt, personable and professional. He was able to quickly identify the issue and come up with a game plan on how to fix it. I was not up sold or told I needed parts that I didn't, he educated me on what the issue was and had it done within and hour. Customer now for life. Thanks Jeremy! - Peter(Little Elm)
After 10 years I needed a new garage door opener. We called the service from Orlando and Rich came to the rescue. He did a great job replacing my old system and was pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

This is the second time out for this Tech, Johnathan. First trip he recommended stronger springs for our doors, the second trip out he installed the new springs. He was very knowledgeable and super friendly, very professional. I've had my doors serviced three times with this company with great results.
