All was well, tech did a great job. He was personable and knew his stuff. Upon reviewing the invoice online, after printing it out, (they use a small hard to read tablet or whatever it is for us to sign and look at), I see a charge of $26.00 for the Haul off and another $12.95 for recycling, disposal and Fuel????? I'd asked the tech about me just putting it out on the curb and some one would pick it up, he never said that there was a charge for him to haul it off, he said they do recycle it, too, never mentioning another cha... read more
RecommendedService was great. Troy was exceptional; he was very courteous and knowable and explain everything to me that he was going to do.
Appt was scheduled and the tech arrived on time. He advised the issues he saw and answered my questions. He was quick and efficient. The garge door is now more quet and faster.
We were very pleased with Neighborhood Garage Service, Cleveland, Ohio. Rick, our service technician, was courteous and very helpful. He came out, on Labor Day weekend and he waived his service fee and gave us a military discount also. He did everything with professional excellence. We highly recommend them to everyone, who needs garage door help.
Service was good but the price quote was higher than I was told over the phone, I should have asked more specific questions
So happy we went with this company. After a horrible experience with another garage door company we called our Neighborhood Garage Door Service. Daryl came out and did a very thorough job on repairing what a previous contractor had done and went above and beyond! He replaced our springs, installed a new header, and even stapled and reconnected the garage door opener wires that had been poorly installed before.
