After my garage opener went out, I called another company and did not receive a phone call back for 4 days. I called Neighborhood garage and had immediate contact and a Technician out the next day on my schedule. Sean was on time and very respectful and knowledgeable. He had my problem identified in 5 minutes and a new garage door opener installed in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the prompt service and especially Sean. He took the time to explain everything to me. Will recommend them to my friends.
Fantastic service. Technician arrived within the agreed upon time with the phone call prior. Technician was very knowledgeable, explaining what he was going to do to correct the problem after he pointed out what was causing the malfunction. At the conclusion of the service he explained exactly what he did to repair the door. At no time did he attempt to sell me anything I did not need. Great company, friendly employees, prompt service. Highly recommended.

The technician was there on time, I was the one who wasn't. The company got the tech to turn around and come back and service our garage door. He was very professional in educating me on the door. He went beyond the service that we had asked for. Also, he was very cautious with 2 of my children being home and one of them wanting be right under him. He would inform when the kids shouldn't be out there when he was working. So a big shout out to the new Texas man in town.

We had our garage door fall off it's rollers and jam 1/2 open/. The was too many things in the garage to chance leaving it up all nite. I called Overhead doors and the sent a repairman out several hours later. He was efficient and had it fixed in about an hour. The charges were very reasonable and we can secure the house tonight. Very good people to do business with and I can easily recommend them
