They got here promptly and worked with me on pricing. I had a one spring system and it broke. Tim came talked to me and quoted me $900. I knew that was expensive so we talked and he brought the warranty down to 5 years and the job $600 I didn't want to shop around and he was there so I did it. I know I overpaid about 2x but he was nice and the job was done quickly. I'm not an expert so I don't know how great of a job was done.
Our garage door broke this morning, not a good way to start the day. We call neighborhood garage folks they came out within 2 hours. Chris was awesome, very professional and personable and did an AWESOME job!!! Yay! I recommended them!
My garage door stopped working around 2:00 in the afternoon. I called Garage Door Services and, even though they couldn't get anyone out to my house that day, they promised to have a technician at my house by 7:00 am. True to their word, Chris was at my house bright and early the next morning. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what he was doing to fix my garage door. Thank you Chris!

My AM appointment ended up not happening until 7pm. However, our technician (Ed) was great. He explained every thing and he was done very quickly. Thanks Ed.
Parts pricing was a little higher than I was expecting. But overall happy with the service. Torsion spring broke Friday night, tech was here 8am Saturday morning and had the parts replaced and the door completely checked over within an hour.
