The technician called in advance of showing up. Came on time as promised. Evaluated our repair situation. Offered reasonable, fair options and completed the repair and made other minor adjustments that helped our garage door close much easier. It's as if we have a brand new garage door!!! I had a great tech who came in an emergency situation and got things done so fast I was stunned. Drew was so informed and explained everything to me. And informed me of things I need to look for that makes the garage door work right. The only thing that bothered me was the long, long, long, wait on the phone to get to talk to someone. I called 3 times in 1 1/2 hours to try to connect. I will have Drew back again to install a new door. Thank you Drew.
