The technician who came to my location was Eric and he did a great job! I had a spring break as well as snapped cables on both ends. Eric offered me a deal to replace all of the mechanical parts along with the spring and cables which was the same price if he would have just replaced what was needed. He completed the job in less than an hour and everything works great! The only issue i had with this company was the set up. They originally gave me a 4 hour window and did not show up during that time and then told me it would b... read more
