My side of the garage door sprung the spring and they were out the same day to repair it. Very professional, efficient, left everything clean and poor guy even in the heat forged on. Love a company with "Customer Service" being the most important part of thier business.

We had a problem with the arm that open the door. It had pulled away from the door and was just hanging on by one screw. Jorge (George) came out on a Sunday evening and repaired the problem in under 20 minutes. He did a very professional job, cleaned up after himself and showed us what he had done. Overall I am exceptionally pleased with the professionalism, courtesy and job performance of the technician from Neighborhood Garage Door Service.
