James and a trainee came to our home to service our existing garage door system. As it turned out, the very old Genie system was so hot that it posed a definite fire threat. James and his assistant installed a new motor and track in less than an hour but more importantly averted a fire. We could not be happier with our new system and the very professional service that we received.

Tim called ahead and came promptly in the time window I was given. He was very friendly and honest about the service needed. I don't ever remember my garage door running so smoothly as it does now that he gave it a tune up. No more rattling and the door moves with ease! We are very pleased and will definitely cal again for our future needs

Called Saturday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised when they said they could get someone out that night or Sunday. Chose Sunday since car was outside of garage and wasn't an emergency. Repairman called and gave me a heads up that he was on way and would be there in 30 min. Did a great job fixing my opener and will use them when I decide to upgrade to a new opener.
