RecommendedNeeded garage door service on 6/15/2016 as the door would not lift open. After a service call was made, Chris (service tech) was in my driveway in less than one hour. After Chris concluded his assessment, replacement parts started to appear - torsion springs, rollers, gear/sprocket belt drive... The parts were not cheap, but the service and explanations by Chris was stellar!

My garage door is broken and I called for a free estimate. The customer service rep was so kind, they sent someone right away and my door will be fixed by the end of this week! Awesome service!
Had a side garage door opener installed. Benjamin explained that I needed a torsion bar setup to install the motor. He did a very thorough job. Very prompt and cleaned up after the work. Very personal and hard worker. Highly recommend him.
