RecommendedSpring broke at 6:15pm, and they sent out Joey, who presented my options, was never pushy, was friendly, did the work, and after noticing a problem with whomever installed the unit before I owned the house, he literally took it down and reinstalled it for free, then fixed the manual lever which he noticed was also installed too low. The guy was just really great at what he does, and was nice to deal with. Probably one of the best service experiences I've ever had in my life. Give him a raise. :)

We discovered the spring had broken about 10:00 p.m. on a Tuesday night. and I called right away. I did not need emergency 24-hour service (although that was available), but I did need prompt service the next morning during regular business hours. The receptionist took my information and said the technician would call as early as possible, 30 minutes before arrival, and definitely before noon the next day. When I say awesome! I mean awesome! They were late but they called and let me know what time they would make it and if it was okay! He fixed the problem so fast! Just so excited to use my garage again. Kinda pricy but not over the top. All in all fantastic customer service!

I contacted them when my garage door went out and they provided same day service. I received an call letting me know they would be a little late. Once the tech arrived he was very professional,organized, and detailed. I would definitely use/recommend this company in the future.

Although a stripped gear in the door lift wasn't an emergency, the Repair Tech came out at 10 pm and quickly replaced the gear assembly. He was exceptionally friendly and explained the process in the event I decided to repair the other door myself when the time came. Both lifts are the same age. However, the price was right in the ball park and when I need the other lift repaired I will call Neighborhood Garage Door Service. I called for service at 8am this morning and the technician was on the way to my house by 10am. Charles was very professional and knowledgeable. He had all the tools and parts needed for the garage door repair on his truck. I was given a discount and was back to work in no time. I will definitely trust this company for any future needs!
