RecommendedI am very pleased how fast the repair with a spring replacement was. Troy was very professional and helpful. It is, however, very surprising how expensive some parts are! $124.99 for a 7 foot steel cable and $199.99 for one spring. I have no issue with the installation fees but the material fees seem exceedingly high!
Brandon was awesome...very knowledgable, friendly, quick to work and took good care of us. Would highly recommend him and this company to anyone. Will be using them in the future for our opener!

Had an emergency with my garage door this morning and it came off the tracks. Garage Door Service answered the phone at 7 am and had an amazing tech named Bryan out to fix it by 9 am! Excellent service!

An unexpected expense like a broken garage door is always a frustrating experience, but it is really impressive to see a technician who is so good at his job that he makes a difficult repair look easy. I was extremely impressed with Floyd, the technician sent by garagedoorsofstlouis. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and in-and-out very quickly. Great customer service.
Kudos to Ben!! Ben came out to fix the broken springs on the garage door. He pointed potential damage if not taken care of properly but he was quickly able to assess the problem. He arrived before the estimated time he gave on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and he finshed the job and cleaned up his mess. I'm very pleased with the job he did, I wouldn't hesitate to call the company again.
