The guys came out and did a great job. They explained every step of what they were doing and why, and then made sure I was completely happy with the work before they left.

I contacted these guys because I needed a new bottom seal for my garage door, and was told they could provide me with the exact seal I was looking for (over the phone) prior to my visit. The technician showed up, checked my seal, and determined my garage door used an old design. Called several warehouses, no one carried it, and ultimately they could not obtain it. The technician then finished inspecting my garage door, recommended I replace it (eventually) and then left without asking for a dime! It was attributed to the fac... read more

Chris was awesome. Came out on a Sunday afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem and performed a tune-up quickly and inexpensively. He even did his best to save us a service call! Definitely will be using them for all garage door repair and tune-ups from here on out!

On Sunday I noticed my garage door not shutting completely. I received a call from Erin on Tuesday to schedule an appointment and wasn't to set the appointment right away. I called back Wednesday morning and asked what were the odds of being able to get someone out to my home that same day. They said not a problem we can have someone out there that afternoon. I was extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Caleb. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and assisted in assessing my needs for a carriage garage that did not have a garage door opener.
