We are located in Plant City Florida, Erick came to our rescue last night. He was personable and very polite. He is the only technician working at night and from what we understand he had an extremely busy night. He guided us to the best possible remedy for our garage door. He did a great job and we would certainly recommended him.

Clayton was a true professional. He called to let me know he was running a few minutes late, which I appreciated. And it was literally only a few minutes. He answered all my questions and recoded my garage door panel and new remote. He also gave me some practical suggestions for upkeep. Overall, great, fast service.

The spring broke on our garage door so I called and Brad came out the same day. He did an inspection of the door and determined the spring needed to be replaced. Additionally the rollers on my door were worn out, contractor grade and he suggested they be replaced with long rollers which were made from a better material and added a safety feature in the event the door went off track.
