I ordered a speed queen frontload washer. It was originally supposed to be delivered August 5th. They changed the date without contacting me to Tuesday, August 15th. I called to get it scheduled on the weekend as I work. It was delivered on August 12th. The delivery guys forgot to remove the shipping brace damaging the washer. I got a call that they would be delivering a new one the following Tuesday. Tuesday shows up no NFM. I called and they said they can't get a new one to us till 8/22. I went to NFM to buy a refrigerator today. I selected an Dacor 36" fridge. The price on the wall stated $8499. The sales rep, Edwin, then stated there is an additional $1500 for thehe door coverings. I informed him I didn't want special door coverings; I wanted the same as the floor model at the price listed. I ordered flooring from NFM. WORST MISTAKE EVER. I received a call from someone with NFM asking to allow an additional $800 for kilz and concrete work. To start, I didn’t on know there was going to be a thick layer of cancer causing concrete dust all over my home. Nor did I know that the chemical smell from the kilz would make my son and I sick the entire night. I’m talking nausea, headaches, sore throats. It was horrible! Pretty disappointed with NFM. Bought a $980 cabinet using store pickup option. VERY carefully transported to Denver. Item legs looked like had been dropped out of a truck. Cabinet doors and interior have significant dried varnish drips. Pieces of face are chipped Called NFM to address quality of purchase. First rep was consoling but options we were given were: 1) take ~17% off and keep damaged item 2) Transport of piece back to Nebraska for replacement or refund Called again. We spent over $20,000 to have vinyl tiles installed in our lower level and basement. It took several claims and months and a lot of money and time to get it all done, poorly. It took 3 different installers as well. Flooring installers are contracted, not employees of NFM. Neither the NFM sales person nor the contracted installers provide any professional feedback about what type of flooring is optimal for the desired location. We spent a total of almost 6,000 dollars in furniture. We were never told that we would have to assemble everything by ourselves and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Nebraska Furniture Mart used to be for the customers and pleasing the customers but here not lately. They forget that the customers pay their wages. I think they need to clean house and get rid of all the lazy employees that work there.

We do notate this information on your receipt in several different areas and always encourage you to review your receipt and reach out with any questions or concerns. I am showing you were issued a very generous courtesy discount off a future purchase. This is good for a period of 1-year and can be used online, in the store or with our phone sales team.

We live three states away but frequently visit with our son who lives in Bellevue. We bought three boxes of dishware and a Kitchenaid mixer glass bowl two weeks ago. When we got home and unpacked, the Kitchenaid bowl had a manufacturing defect on its base. We called customer service to find out how we could exchange it. We are not planning another trip to our son for 3 months. NFM customer service said it had to be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions even with our call. We are raving fans! We ordered two custom sofas during the pandemic. As with most furniture purchased during this time period, the lead times were exceptionally long. The first set arrived damaged. We were given the option of a discounted price or replacements. We were able to keep the sofas until the replacement sofas arrived. Unfortunately, the 2nd set arrived at the warehouse damaged as well. We ended up returning the sofas we had used for over a year and purchased a different brand. I previously bought a refrigerator from NFM online and it was delivered and set up in my home without issues. I recently ordered a 50-inch TV and was surprised to discover they will not deliver to your door. They will deliver it to your driveway or place it in your garage but will not bring it to your front door. If you buy a TV from ANY other store they will deliver to your door, even if you order a TV from Amazon online, they will bring it to your door. Not NFM. This will include in home delivery (with a fee), warehouse pick up (free) and our shipping option.
