On Friday, October 13th, we purchased online a GE Profile front-loader WD that was running a promotion to buy a riser/pedestal and get one free from GE with a Visa gift card. We went into the store the following day, and sure enough, NFM had the flyer for the promotion displayed as well. Our salesman also confirmed that this was indeed the case for the promotion. Hello,<br /> That is disappointing your rebate was not accepted by GE. I called GE and spoke with a Rebate center representative. I confirmed the model numbers of washer, dryer and pedestals that was purchased are eligible and explained that your claim had been denied. The GE rep did some research and explained to me that there is a current issue with their website that is not allowing customers to select our Nebraska, Kansas or Texas locations. I bought 2 power recliners an a power loveseat from NFM on 7/7/2022 one of the recliners quit operating on 8/25/2023 contacted the warranty company squaretade furniture.com got no response contacted NFM who got a hold of the warranty company and then they contacted me and told me that I had to prove ownership and had to provide pictures of the product. Then they said they would send a Tech to look at the furniture. The Tech shows up on 9/12/2023 a tells me that the chair has a problem and he has to order parts which would be... read more

This furniture was delivered over a year ago and the manufacturer warranty expired after 1 year. The power cord and USB switch didn't correct the issue your recliner was having so the motor was ordered 10/26/23. I bought and paid for a refrigerator from the Kansas City location on October 1st. Delivery was to be October 16th. The door needed to be switched from a right hand to left hand open, which the salesman (Duane Sydney) stated that will be done in the warehouse prior to delivery. I received several texts from them confirming delivery date as well as time. However, on Oct 15th I got a call from customer service stating they would NOT be delivering my refrigerator because they did not have the correct KIT to make the door change... read more

Nebraska Furniture Mart products are fairly consistently of a high quality, and the few times the quality is not met my satisfaction, they have accepted my returns without issue. I am baffled by their customer rating here. I highly recommend NFM for furniture and electronics.

Order kitchen table and chairs. Chairs came first and the parts for one of the chairs was not correct. So I had to do replacement disassemble the chair and then they sent only half the parts a second time, so how did your replacement disassemble the chair and finally got it right on the third time once I complain to management about the warehouse employees not reading the instructions and not sending the parts.
